Customer service: We’re here to help with sizing, orders, and general questions.


Orders & Payments

  • Currency: All prices are displayed and charged in Israeli New Shekels (ILS).

  • Payment methods: We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Your bank or PayPal may apply currency conversion if your card isn’t in ILS.

  • Order processing: Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days (Sunday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Changes / cancellations: Request changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing the order. After this window, fulfillment may have begun and changes aren’t guaranteed.


Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping region: israel.

  • Ship-from location: Tel Aviv, Israel.

  • Dispatch days: Sunday–Friday (no Saturday or public-holiday dispatch).

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Israel (domestic): typically 1–5 business days after dispatch.

  • Tracking: A tracking link is emailed once your order ships.

  • Non-delivery: If your parcel hasn’t arrived 30 days after the ship date, email service@memshop.store for a full refund or a replacement.


Customs & Taxes

  • Prices: shown in ILS; any applicable taxes or fees will be shown at checkout.

  • Import fees (international): Duties, taxes, and customs fees (if charged by your country) are paid by the customer.

  • Customs delays: Local customs procedures can add time. Crownlab is not responsible for delays caused by customs; your local office can advise on any fees or timelines.


Returns & Refunds

  • Return window: You may return items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund once the return is received and inspected.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, with all protective films, tags, and packaging intact.

  • How to start a return: Email service@memshop.store with your order number and reason for return. We’ll share return instructions.

  • Refund timing: Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the item arrives and passes inspection.

  • Return shipping: Unless the item is faulty or we made an error, return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
