Refund & Return Policy

At CrownLab, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. We offer a 30-day return policy: you have 30 days after receiving your timepiece to request a return.

1. Eligibility

• The watch must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, and with all protective films and tags intact.
• It must be returned in its original packaging, including the watch box and any tools provided.
• You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Start a Return

Email us at service@crownlab.shop with your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your timepiece as soon as it arrives and contact us right away if the watch is defective or damaged, if you received the wrong model or configuration, or if there is a functional issue with the movement. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Personalised custom builds: watches built to your own specification through our Create Your Custom Mod service, or with custom engraving, dial printing or logos, cannot be returned unless they arrive defective.
• Gift cards cannot be returned.

5. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped into the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. The item must still meet the eligibility conditions above.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different model is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new timepiece.

7. Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at service@crownlab.shop.

8. Warranty

Every CrownLab watch includes a one-year warranty covering the movement against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage from improper use, water exposure beyond the stated rating, or impact.
