Ordering & Payments
What currency are your prices displayed in?
Prices are automatically displayed in your local currency for convenience. However, please note that the final transaction and processing currency is US Dollars (USD) which is required for consistency.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc.) and PayPal through our secure checkout system.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are typically prepared and ready to enter the assembly queue within 1–3 business days (Sunday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Changes or cancellations may be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, fulfillment (including sourcing mod parts and starting assembly) may already be in progress.
Warranty & Product Care
What warranty is included with my watch?
All Crownlab watches include a one-year warranty covering the internal movement mechanism against manufacturing defects.
Is a tool included for bracelet adjustment?
Yes, each timepiece includes a precision tool set, allowing you to easily adjust the bracelet to your preferred fit at home.
Are the watches water-resistant?
Only models explicitly marked on the product page as water-resistant should be exposed to moisture.

Where do your watches ship from?
All timepieces are shipped from our operations base in Tel Aviv, Israel/our partner factory in china .
How can I track my order?
