At Crownlab, every timepiece is handled with the utmost care and precision from the moment your order is placed until it reaches your hands. We are committed to providing a secure and reliable shipping experience both in Israel and worldwide.

Processing Time (Custom Mod Builds)

Assembly and Testing: Since all watches are custom Seiko Mod builds, we require 2–5 business days for your watch to be assembled, tested, and prepared for shipment.
Orders are processed and packaged within this window after payment confirmation (Sunday–Friday, excluding holidays).

 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

The standard flat rate for all shipping is $20.00 USD.
Shipping charges will be clearly displayed during checkout.

To comply with Google Merchant Center policies, please note that all transactions, shipping rates, and refund amounts are processed in US Dollars (USD) as the primary currency.** While prices may display in your local currency on the product pages, the final checkout and subsequent documents will reflect USD.

Customs & Import Fees

nternational orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees once the parcel reaches its destination country.
These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Crownlab is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges applied by local authorities.

Tracking & Non-Delivery

A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has shipped. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.
