Shipping Policy

At Crownlab, every timepiece is handled with the utmost care and precision. We are committed to providing a secure, premium, and reliable shipping experience for our clients in Israel and across the globe.

1. Processing & Assembly (Custom Mod Builds)

Because each watch is a custom-built timepiece, we do not simply ship from a shelf.

Assembly & Testing: We require 2–5 business days to hand-assemble, calibrate, and pressure-test your watch to ensure it meets our quality standards.
Order Processing: Orders are handled Sunday through Friday. Please note that we do not process shipments on Saturdays or local public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We provide a simplified flat-rate shipping structure for all orders.

Please Note: Delivery windows are estimates. Delays may occur during peak holiday seasons, due to customs processing, or local courier service interruptions.

3. Currency & Payment Policy

To comply with Google Merchant Center and international payment standards:

Primary Currency: All transactions, shipping fees, and refunds are processed in US Dollars (USD).
Display Currency: While our store may display prices in your local currency for your convenience, the final amount at checkout will be settled in USD.

4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international shipments outside of Israel:

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.

Additional charges for customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the customer. Crownlab has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

5. Tracking Your Shipment

Confirmation: Once your timepiece has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Activation: Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the courier's system.
