Returns and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your custom timepiece.

 14-Day Return Window

We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

 Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the watch must meet the following criteria:

It must be unused, unworn, and in perfect, resalable condition.
All original protective films, tags, and packaging must be intact.

Non-Refundable Items:
Watches showing any signs of wear, adjustment (e.g., bracelet sizing), or damage are not eligible for return or refund.

Return Procedure

1.  Initiate Return: Email us at service@crownlab.shop with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
2.  Return Shipping:The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
3.  Inspection:Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  Refunds

 If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

 Product Warranty

All watches include a one-year warranty covering the internal movement mechanism against manufacturing defects.
This warranty does notcover damage resulting from improper use, water exposure (unless specified), or impact.
