Shipping Policy

At Crownlab, every timepiece is handled with the utmost care and precision. We are committed to providing a secure and reliable shipping experience for our clients in Israel and worldwide.

1. Processing Time (Custom Mod Builds)

Because each Crownlab watch is a custom-built timepiece, we do not ship instantly from a shelf.

  • Assembly & Testing: We require 2–5 business days to hand-assemble, calibrate, and pressure-test your watch to ensure it meets our quality standards.

  • Order Window: Orders are processed Sunday through Friday. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on Saturdays or local public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer a transparent, flat-rate shipping structure for all orders.

Note: Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur during high-demand holiday seasons, due to customs processing, or local courier service interruptions.

3. Currency Consistency (Google Merchant Center Compliance)

To ensure transparency and comply with international standards:

  • Primary Currency: All transactions, shipping rates, and refunds are processed in US Dollars (USD).

  • Display Currency: While our store may display prices in your local currency for convenience, the final checkout and billing will reflect the equivalent amount in USD.

4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders outside of Israel:

  • The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

  • Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.

  • These additional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Crownlab has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

5. Tracking Your Shipment

  • Confirmation: Once your timepiece has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

  • Activation: Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the courier's system.

6. Non-Delivery & Support

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the shipping date, please contact our support team at service@crownlab.shop for immediate assistance.
